We check the label on the inside of the bottom panel before ordering anything. The label will have the model series, the production date, and the panel size code. • Daylight or water visible under the closed door. The bottom seal on a ViewLux door seats into a retainer channel that can bend if the door ever came down on debris. A bent channel is a replacement, not an adjustment.
• The door sags on one side when opening. That’s a torsion spring losing tension or a cable starting to fray. Both are high-tension parts, which brings us to the safety note below.
